微切口单孔腹腔镜卵巢缝合术的方法初探

目的探讨微切口单孔腹腔镜卵巢缝合术的手术技巧及其安全性与可行性。 方法回顾性分析2018年4～12月期间,于南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院妇产科行微切口单孔腹腔镜卵巢缝合术的5例患者的临床资料。 结果5例患者的手术时间65～145 min、术中出血量20～100 ml、术后住院时间5～8 d,手术均顺利完成,术中未增加手术通道。 结论在传统腹腔镜技术成熟的前提下,采用微切口单孔腹腔镜卵巢缝合术可能是安全、可行的,且具有切口美观、患者满意度高的优点。

Preliminary study on the method of the ovarian suture formation under the mini-incision single-site laparoendoscopic

ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and feasibility of the ovarian suture formation surgery under the mini-incision single-site laparoendoscopic. MethodsWe retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 5 patients with the ovarian suture formation surgery under the mini-incision single-site laparoendoscopic at gynecology department of the Affiliated Changzhou No.2 People′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from Apr. to Dec.2018. ResultsAll the 5 patients successfully completed the operation, the median operative time was 65-145 min. The median intraoperative blood loss was 20-100 ml, the median postoperative hospital stay was 5-8 d, no other port incision was needed. ConclusionsOn the premise of mature traditional laparoscopic technology, the ovarian suture formation surgery under the mini-incision single-site laparoendoscopic may be safe and feasible, and it has the advantages of beautiful incision and high patient satisfaction.
