| 摘 要： | 介绍一种快速有效的提取丝状真菌产黄青霉染色体DNA的方法。该方法以100mmol／L Tris、100mmol／L NaCl、50mmol／L．EDTA-Na2和2％SDS（pH9.0）为提取液，经石英砂研磨破壁．获得了较高质量的染色体DNA，该法较酶解法和氯化苄法廉价、快速、安全，且不影响其后续的分子生物学操作。 |

| Abstract: | An improved method of extracting genomic DNA from Penicillium chrysogenum was reported.The solution(100mmol/L Tris,100mmol/L NaCl,50mmol/L disodium-EDTA,2% SDS,pH9.0) was used as the extraction buffer and quartz sand was used for crashing the cell wall.A high quality chromosomal DNA suitable for molecular analysis were obtained.Compared with enzymolysis and benzyl chloricle method,the method is rapid,cheap and safe. |
