中枢性高热降温方法的比较

目的 探讨中枢性高热特定的、方便有效的降温方法。方法 根据中枢性高热的诊断标准，将108例病人随机分为传统降温和程序降温两组。传统组按传统降温法在病人发热时实行降温，体温正常时停止降温，程序组按照预测评估、降温措施、降温速度、体温监控、复温管理、症状监测6个程序进行并实行亚低温管理。结果 两组体温效果比较，传统组有效率为31．14％，程序组为84．38％。传统组死亡率为35．71％。程序组为25％。结论 两组方法相比，程序降温组优于传统降温组，并可提高意识状态评分，在临床上易于推广、应用。

The Comparison of Cooling Methods of Central High Fever

Objective To research a kind of specific, convenient and effective cooling method of central high fever. Methods According to diagnosis standard of centric high fever, 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional cooling method was used in one group, the programmed cooling method was used in the other group. The traditional method is to bring down temperature whenever fever, and stop when temperature becomes normal; in contrast, the programmed method is control fever according to one procedure of six steps including prior estimate, temperature-lowering treatment, temperature lowering velocity, temperature monitor, temperature lowering control and observation of symptom changes. Results The effective rates of the traditional and programmed cooling method were 32.14% and 84.38% respectively; and the death rates of patients in the two groups were 35.71% and 25% respectively; Conclusion The programmed method is superior to traditional one. The programmed temperature lowering method is easy to practice and popularize.
