住院女性精神分裂症伴高泌乳素血症70例临床分析

目的：探讨女性精神分裂症伴有高泌乳素血症患者的临床特征。方法：使用自制调查表，收集70例女性精神分裂症伴有高泌乳素血症患者的一般人口学资料及病情资料进行分析。结果：24例（34．3％）患者抗精神病药物加量受到影响，31例（44．3％）患者治疗依从性降低，尤以年轻、未育的患者为多。37例（52．9％）患者需接受中药或溴隐亭治疗。结论：选择抗精神病药物治疗时，要充分考虑抗精神病药物对其生理功能的影响。选择对泌乳素影响小的抗精神病药物是关键，积极治疗高泌乳素血症可以提高精神分裂症患者治疗的依从性，降低致残率。

A clinical analysis of 70 schizophrenia female inpatients associated with Hyperprolactinemia (HPRL)

Objective:To discuss the clinic features of schizophrenia female associated with Hyperprolactinemia(HPRL) and to trail theirs consequence.Methods:Some related data were collected by questionnaires,which included demology data and offspring,and other factors such as PANSS scores,usage of antipsychotic drug,curative effect,the secrum conc of prolactin,clinical symptoms of hyperprolactinemia and theirs therapy,the compliance of drug therapy etc.Results:During their therapy,because of the hyperprolactinemia,24 patients'(34.3%) doses addition were disturbed,26 patients'(37.1%) antipsychotic drug were replaced,37 patients(52.9%) took traditional Chinese drug or bromocriptine,and 31 patients(44.3%) counterworked drug therapy so as to theirs bad compliance.Conclusions: When choosingantipsychotic drugs to treat women patients,we must pay attention to the drug side effect on physiological function.The key issue is to choose proper antipsychotic drug which has fewer effect on prolactin.And active and effectual treatment of HPRL can improve the therapy compliance of patients,increase the curative ratio and decrease the disabling ratio of schizophrenia.
