妊娠高血压综合征2165例远期随访

目的:研究患妊娠期高血压疾病的初产妇产后恢复的有关因素并明确诊断。方法:随访所研究的初产妇目前的血压和尿蛋白情况,核实患者有无高血压家族史并进行分析。结果:①妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)孕妇经有效治疗能痊愈;②有高血压家族史的孕妇随访时高血压发生几率高于无家族史者;③妊高征孕妇33周分娩或新生儿出生体重达2000g以上,经认真护理可健康成长。结论:妊高征孕妇的血压升高程度、尿蛋白情况及有无高血压家族史影响预后。

Long-term follow-up of 2 165 cases pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

Objective:To study the relevant factors about the recovery for the primipara with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH),and to diagnose accurately.Methods:Followed up and analyzed all the primipara's current blood pressure and urine protein,verified whether they with a family history of hypertension.Results:①The pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)pregnant women could be cured by effective treatment;②Pregnant women with family history of hypertension were at higher risk of hypertension than those without family history in follow-up;③ PIH pregnant women delivered at 33 week or newborns weighing more than 2 000 g,could healthily grow by serious care.Conclusion:The elevated levels of blood pressure of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension,the status of urine protein and whether or not with family history of hypertension affect the prognosis.
