老年急性肠梗阻115例的临床诊疗分析

目的探讨老年肠梗阻的临床病因分布及诊疗特点,为临床诊治此类疾病提供参考。方法对上海市杨浦区中心医院2004年1月至2009年3月收治并经手术证实的115例老年急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果肠道恶性肿瘤占老年肠梗阻病因的首位,腹外疝及粘连性肠梗阻分列其次。结论手术前正确的评估及准备选择适当的手术方式、术后加强监护及正确的处理是降低死亡率的重要因素。

The Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment about 115 Cases of Senile Patients with Acute Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To discuss the clinical pathogeny and treatment＇ s character of senile patients with acute intestinal obstruction, so as to give evidence on clinical therapy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 115 cases of the senile patients with acute intestinal obstruction proved by the operation form 01/2004 to 03/2009 in Shanghai Yangpu Centre Hospital was used. Results The first reason was interstional maligmant tumor, abdomen hernia second and adhesive ileus third. Conclusions The correct evaluation of preoperation, the mode of operation and intensive care of postoperation are the important factors that can drop the mortality.
