54例胸腰段脊柱结核的围手术期护理

目的：探讨胸腰段脊柱结核围手术期的护理体会；方法：对54例胸腰段脊柱结核围手术期进行细致的护理。具体方法包括心理护理、术前营养支持、保证抗结核化疗、肺功能训练、术后生命体征监测、合理体位、营养供给、切口及各管道的护理、呼吸功能的锻炼、肢体功能锻炼及康复训练。结果：54例患者平均住院18天，护理治疗效果满意，无一例发生严重并发症。结论：围手术期护理，尤其是加强心理护理及术前术后功能训练、术后呼吸道管理、切VI引流管的管理及并发症的预防等措施，对胸腰段脊柱结核手术取得良好治疗效果具有重要支持作用。

Perioperative Nursing of 54 Patients with Thoracoluinbar Tuberculosis

Objective： To Discuss the perioperative nursing methods of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods： The methods of psychological nursing, preoperative nutritional support, anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy, lung functional training,vital signs monitor, functional exercise of extremities, rehabilitation training and so on, were carried out on 54 patients. Results： The average hospitalization time was 18 days, with a satisfied effect, no medical complications were appeared. Conclusion： Perioperative nursing is important for treatment of the patients with thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis.
