| 摘 要： | 目的建立了舒筋止痛酊中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：Agilent ZORB-AX XDB-C18（150mm×4.6mm;5μm）;流动相：甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液（28∶72）;流速：1.0ml/min,检测波长：283nm。结果柚皮苷在0.106 0~1.060μg范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为98.25%,RSD为0.79%（n=6）。结论结果表明,该方法简便、准确,重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determinatian of Naringin in Shujin Zhitong Ding by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography separation was performed on Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）olumn with a mixture of methanol-1% acetic acid solution（28∶72）as the mobile phase and at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 283nm,and the column temperature was at 40℃.Results Naringin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.1060～1.060μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.25%（RSD=0.79%）n=6.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and suitable for the determination of the Naringin in Shujin Zhitong Ding. |
