喉鳞癌中CD44的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨CD44在喉鳞癌(laryngealsquamouscellcarcinoma,LSCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测10例正常喉组织,20例癌旁组织和60例喉癌组织中CD44的表达。结果:喉癌组织中CD44表达率为68.3%,明显高于癌旁组织(15.0%)及正常喉组织(0%),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);喉癌组织中高分化鳞癌CD44表达明显低于低分化鳞癌(P<0.01);Ⅲ～Ⅳ期喉癌组织CD44表达明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.01);有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织CD44表达明显高于无颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织(P<0.01);CD44高表达病例3年生存率明显低于CD44低表达病例(P<0.05)。结论:CD44表达与喉癌的发生、发展及患者预后密切相关。

The expression of CD44 and its clinical significance in human laryngeal carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of CD44 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and its clinical significance.Methods: The expression of CD44 wase examined by using immunohistochemical S-P method in 10 cases of normal tissues,20 cases of para-tumor tissues and 60 cases of LSCC.Result: The positive rates of CD44 in normal tissues,para-tumor tissues and LSCC were 0.0%,15.0%,and 68.3% respectively(P<0.05).CD44 expression correlated well with histological grades,the higher the grade,the lower the CD44 expression.The third and fourth stages of LSCC had stronger CD44 positive expression than those of the first and second stages.CD44 expression in LSCC with cervical metastasis was higher than that without cervical metastasis.The survival rate of 3-year and 5-year in CD44 positive cases was lower than in CD44 negative cases.Conclusion: The aberrant expression of CD44 may play a role in occurrence,progression and metastasis of LSCC.
