| 摘 要： | 为探讨５ ＨＴ２受体与心肌缺血 再灌注损伤的关系，观察５ ＨＴ２受体阻断剂ｋｅｎｔａｎｓｅｒｉｎ对心肌缺血 再灌注大鼠室颤及左室内压＋ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ及－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ的影响。结果表明，ｋｅｎｔａｎｓｅｒｉｎ可拮抗缺血性心功能障碍和再灌室颤。提示５ ＨＴ２受体参与了缺血性心功能障碍和再灌室性心律失常的发生。

| Abstract: | The effects of kentanserin on ischemiarepurfusion ventricular fibrillation and left ventricular pressure dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax in rats were studied in order to clarify the relationship between the bolcker of 5HT2 receptor and myocardium ischemiarepurfusion injury. The results indicated that the kentanserin reduced the change of ischemic myocardium function and repurfusion ventricular fibrillation. It suggests that 5HT2 receptor is related to the change of ischemic myocardium function and repurfusion ventricular arrhthymia. |
