基于“中焦斡旋”理论探析半夏泻心汤在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中的应用

中焦脾胃，居人之中州，是人体气机、气血精津液转运的枢纽，调和人体气机之升降、上下水火之交融、清浊阴阳之互通，是全身脏腑经络生理功能得以正常发挥的重要保障，此乃中焦斡旋之总章。中焦失于斡旋则气机升降乖戾，上下水火不济，清浊阴阳不辨，终致百病丛生。慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的“咳痰喘”和半夏泻心汤主症之“呕痞泄”二者的病机即中焦斡旋失司。因此，本文应用半夏泻心汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者有了理论依据，其临床疗效也令人满意，这为慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的中医药防治工作提供了新思路和新方法。

Study on Application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction for Chronic Obstructive PulmonaryDisease in Stable Stage Based on "Mediation in Middle Energizer" Theory

Abstract：The spleen and stomach of middle energizer，located in the middle part of the human body，is the transportation hub of human body''s qi movement， qi， blood， essence， fluid. Reconciling theascending and descending of the human body''s qi movement，the blending of upper and lower water andfire，and the intercommunication of the clear，the turbidity，yin and yang are important guarantees for thenormal functioning of the physiological functions of the whole body''s viscera， bowels， meridian andcollateral. This is the general chapter of the mediation in middle energizer theory. Failure of mediation inmiddle energizer can lead to imbalance of qi movement ascending and descending，incoordination of upperand lower water and fire， and failure of distinguishing the clear， the turbidity， yin and yang， eventuallycausing numerous diseases. The pathogenesis of “cough， phlegm and panting” in the stable stage ofchronic obstructive pulmonary disease and “vomiting，stuffiness and diarrhea” as the main syndromes ofBanxia Xiexin Decoction， lies in that the mediation in middle energizer is out of control. Therefore， theapplication of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease in the stable stage has a theoretical basis， and the clinical effect is satisfactory. It provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease in the stable stage.
