序贯疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的 观察序贯疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果。方法 拉米夫定、苦参素、双密达莫序贯应用22例，拉米夫定100mg／d口服3个月后，加苦参素针600mg／d肌注，合用3个月减去拉米夫定，加双密达莫50mg／d口服，合用3个月减去苦参素，再加拉米夫定100mg／d与双密达莫使用3个月；对照组21例，拉米夫定100mg／d口服12个月。结果 两组病例HBsAg阴转率无显著性差异（P〉0．05），HBeAg、HBV DNA阴转率在6，9及12个月时，序贯疗法组要明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）；肝功能复常率在6、9个月时序贯疗法组优于对照组（P〈0．05），序贯疗法在肝功能复常方面要快于对照组。结论 序贯疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎，能克服HBV基因YM-DD变异耐药，抗病毒免疫调节药物序贯应用，肝功能恢复快，抗病毒效果好。

Curative Effect Observation on Impenetrate Therapeutics for Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of impenetrate therapeutics curing the chronic hepatitis-B.Methods Use Lamivudine,Marine and Dipyridamole for 22 cases.After taking Lamivudine 100mg/d for 3 months,we add Marine 600mg/d by intramuscular injection.After 3 months,we remove Lamivudine and add Dipyridamole 50mg/d for 3 months.Then we remove Marine and add Lamivudine 100mg/d again with Dipyridamole for three months.We can take 21 cases to contrast after taking only Lamivudine 100mg/d for 12 months.Results The HBsAg's changing negative rates of the two have no difference(P>0.05).The changing hegative rates of HBeAg and HBVDNA of the group of impenetrate therapeutics are better than the contrast group 's when at the 6th,9th and 12th month((P)<0.05).Also,the rate of returning to normal of liver function of the group of impenetrate therapeutics is much better than the other's,when at the 6th,9th and 12th month((P)<0.05).So the impenetrate therapeutics is quicker than the other in returning the liver function to normal.Conclusion The impenetrate therapeutics against chronic hepatitis-B can overcome the resistance to the action of drug of HBV gene which can cause the YMDD variation.The immunity of resistance to virus can regulate the usage of the impenetrate therapeutics.The function of liver can return to normal quickly and the effect against virus is really good.
