慢性HBV感染患者血清中HBsAg与抗-HBs两种标志物同时阳性罕见模式的分析

目的 通过分析慢性HBV感染患者乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）血清学标志物HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阻性这种罕见模式的病例，来探讨其存在的原因及临床价值。方法 采用电化学发光法（ECLIA）检测患者血清中的HsBAg，抗-HBs，HBeAg，抗-HBe，抗-HBc，5种标志物，采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）检测HBV DNA。结果 HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性的罕见模式组仍有病毒复制。应用HBIG治疗失败时可以出现HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性。结论 HBsAg和抗-HBs同时阳性并非疾病真正好转的指标。

Analysis of the rare HBV marker model with HBsAg andHBsAb simultaneously positive in the serum of patients with chronic Hepatitis B virus infection

Objective To discuss the cause and the clinical value about the rare model that HBsAg and anti-HBs simultaneously positive in the serum of patients with chronic Hepatitis B virus infection.Methods Detected the HBsAg,anti-HBs,HBeAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc in the serum of patients with chronic Hepatitis B virus infection by the Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) and HBV DNA by Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results HBV DNA replication was occurred in the rare model group.HBsAg and anti-HBs simultaneously positive when the treatment was failed with HBIG.Conclusion It doen't represent the disease recovery that HBsAg and anti-HBs simultaneously positive.
