| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无气腹腹腔镜联合上腹开腹手助卵巢囊肿手术疗效、安全性、可行性.方法:上腹开腹行胆囊切除、脾切除术联合无气腹腹腔镜手助卵巢囊肿切除18例.结果:胆囊切除联合无气腹腹腔镜手助卵巢囊肿切除17例,平均总手术时间为65 min,巨脾切除联合腔镜手助双侧卵巢囊肿切除1例120 min.结论:上腹部开腹手术联合无气腹腹腔镜手助卵巢囊肿切除疗效好、安全、可行.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operative effect, safety and feasibility of the hand-helped oophorocystectomy from epigastric incision with endoscope without pneumoperitoneum Methods The hand-helped oophorocystectomy was performed following chlecystectomy or splenectomy from epigastric incision with endoscope without pneumoperitoneum,performed in 18 cases. Results In 17 cases in our hospital oophorocystectomy was performed following cholecyctectomy.The average operated time was 65 minutes. Megalospenectomy combined with hand-helped endoscopic bilateral oophorocystectomy was performed in 1 case. The total operation time was 120 miutes. Conclusion The hand-helped oophorocystectomy from epigastric incision with endoscope without pneumascos was safe and effective and recommended to use widely. |
