| Abstract: | A case of transverse myelitis complicating mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is described. Six other serologically proven cases have been reported in the literature. The relevant literature is reviewed and the possible pathogenesis discussed. An immunologically mediated reaction is thought to explain this complication. |
