| 摘 要： | 目的分析住院酒依赖患者临床心理特征。方法应用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)以及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对攀枝花市精神卫生中心103例男性住院酒依赖患者进行调查。结果58例患者(56.4%)有焦虑情绪,63例患者(61.2%)有抑郁情绪,53例(51.5%)患者焦虑和抑郁情绪均较明显。住院酒依赖患者的HAMD总均分为(19.82±4.86)分,HAMA总均分为(15.01±4.52)分。年龄、职业、文化程度、婚姻质量、家庭经济状况等对HAMD及HAMA总均分有影响;住院酒依赖患者的SCL-90多项因子分如强迫(1.78±0.47)分,人际关系(2.15±0.72)分,抑郁(1.92±0.65)分,焦虑(1.83±0.71)分,敌对(1.96±0.75)分,恐怖(1.45±0.62)分,偏执(1.88±0.70)分等均明显高于常模;住院酒依赖患者的EPQ:P(5.58±4.26)分,E(10.86±4.18)分,N(7.52±5.06)分,L(10.23±4.83)分,各量表分均明显高于全国常模。结论住院酒依赖患者存在严重的心理问题,以抑郁、焦虑和人格偏离问题最为突出。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical feature about psychological state of inpatients with alcohol dependence.Methods103 inpatients were assessed with HAMD,HAMA,EPQ,SCL-90.Results(1)56.4% inpatients with alcohol dependence showed anxiety, 61.2% inpatients with alcohol dependence showed depression, 51.5% inpatients showed both anxiety and depression. (2)The total scores of HAMD and HAMA were influenced by the inpatients' age, occupation, education, and conjugal bliss or not et al.(3)The some factor scores of SCL-90 and all factor scores of EPQ were significantly higher than in norm.Conclusion Inpatients with alcohol dependence have some serious mental problems. |
