| 摘 要： | 临床教学基地是临床教学的重要场所,是医学院校的重要组成部分。文章结合我校临床教学基地建设的实践,通过健全和完善组织机构与管理制度、加强教学管理队伍和师资队伍建设、完善教学基本条件、加强临床教学质量监控等方面来优化临床教学基地内涵建设,为临床教学搭建系统、优质的教学平台,从而不断提高临床教学质量。
