Abstract: | The title compounds 3--37 have been synthesised. Their in vivo cestodicidal activities were evaluated against Hymenolepis nana infection in rats. Compound 32 was found to be the most active of the series showing 81.0% clearance of infection at a dose of 250 mg/kg for 3 days. |
