负压吸疱自体表皮移植治疗非平整部位白癜风

对６９例以往不能用负压吸疱法进行移植，发生在非平整部位的白癜风病人，用自行研制的特殊凹凸型金属吸盘发疱进行自体表皮移植治疗。结果痊愈率达２５．８８％，显效率７２．９４％，总有效率９６．４７％。避免了原来对这些部位用液氮冷冻，ＰＵＶＡ，斑蝥制剂及磨削术等发疱造成的不利产加了细胞成活率，明显提高了疗效。

Treatment of vitiligo of uneven lesions with epidermal autografts by suction blister method

Sixty-nine cases of vitiligo (85 patches, size ranged from 2cm to 15cm ) at uneven areas. which could not be treated with ordinary suckers, were grafted with apecial self-made metal suckers instead. The results were: cure rate 25. 8%. marked effective rate 72. 94%. total effective rate 96. 47%. This new. designed suckers avoided adverse effects caused by blisters that were produced through liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, PUVA. cantharidal agents and dermahrasion. therefore increased the surival rate of melallocytes and expanded the indication range of suction blister epidermal autografts therapy. The me thod could be applied to any part of the body. and after using to treat both lesions on eyebrow and eyelash, repigmentation of eyebrow and eyelash was observed.
