基质金属蛋白酶在孔源性视网膜脱离视网膜下液的定量研究

目的 研究孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)视网膜下液(SRF)基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达，探讨MMPs与增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)的关系。方法 采用明胶酶谱分析法定量检测88例RRD患者的SRFMMP-2和MMP-9的活性水平，PVR A组21例，PVRB组37例，PVR C组30例，其中包括伴有脉络膜脱离RRD8例，术后随访PVR复发11例。结果 88例RRD患者的SRF均有MMP-2活性水平升高，33例有MMP-9的表达，8例RRD伴有脉络膜脱离，有6例(75％)MMP-9活性水平升高，术后PVR复发11例SRF均有MMP-9活性水平升高。结论RRD患者的SRF有MMP-2和MMP-9的表达，MMP-9活性水平升高可能与PVR的发生有关，可能成为预测术后PVR复发的指标之一。

Quantitative study on matrix metalloproteinases of subretinal fluid in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in subretinal fluid(SRF) in the eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD), and evaluate the relationship of MMPs and proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR).MethodsActivities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were determined by quantitative gelatinase zymography in 88 patients with RRD, 21 patients with PVRA, 37 patients with PVRB and 30 patients with PVRC, including 8 cases with choroidal detachment and 11 cases with postoperative recurrence PVR.ResultsMMP-2 was detected in all of SRF samples, whereas MMP-9 was found in 33 of 88 SRF with RRD and 6(75%) of 8 RRD with choroidal detachment. Eleven patients whose MMP-9 level elevated developed postoperative PVR.ConclusionMMP-2 and MMP-9 were found in the SRF of RRD. A rising in MMP-9 may be one of important predictors for postoperative PVR recurrence.
