| 摘 要： | 目的 总结33例伴瞳孔散大颅脑损伤病人的治疗经验，归纳出行之有效的治疗方法。方法 对33例伴瞳孔散大颅脑损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 33例颅脑损伤病人中存活16例(良好和中残11例，重残5例)，死亡17例。结论 尽早行血肿清除、去大骨瓣减压、气管切开及呼吸机辅助呼吸、早期亚低温治疗、维持血氧饱和度超过95％及内环境稳定，有效防治并发症等方法能显改善伴瞳孔散大颅脑损伤的病人的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences in treating33patients with brain injury accompanied with dilated both the pupils.Methods The clinical data of33patients with brain injury accompanied with dilated both the pupils were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the33patients,16survived(11were good and mid-disabled,5seriously disabled)and17died.Conclusions The curative measures,such as removing hematoma as soon as possible,removal of big bone lamella and decompression,tracheotomy,using respoinatory aid,mild-hypothermia in the early period,maintaining the oxygen saturation over95%and the homeostasis,and effectively preventing and treating the complications,can significantly improve the prognosis of the patients with brain injury accompanied with dilated both pupils. |
