通神复脑丸联合长春西汀佐治后循环缺血性眩晕临床研究

目的探讨通神复脑丸联合长春西汀佐治后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年8月至2020年5月收治的后循环缺血性眩晕患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。两组患者均予长春西汀注射液静脉滴注,观察组患者加服通神复脑丸,两组均连续治疗12周。结果观察组未严格执行治疗方案1例、中途退出1例,对照组失访2例、自愿退出1例、调整治疗方案1例,均予以剔除。观察组总有效率为89.80%,显著高于对照组的70.21%(P <0.05);观察组患者治疗后的眩晕症状简化量表评分、眩晕障碍量表评分及β淀粉样前体蛋白、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白、微管相关蛋白Tau水平均显著低于对照组,Berg平衡量表评分及左、右椎动脉及基-底动脉平均血流速率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(P> 0.05)。结论通神复脑丸联合长春西汀佐治后循环缺血性眩晕,可改善患者眩晕症状和动脉血流速率,降低脑损伤标志物水平。

Clinical Study of Tongshen Funao Pills Combined with Vinpocetine in the Adjuvant Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongshen Funao Pills combined with vinpocetine in the adjuvant treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 102 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were intravenously given Vinpocetine Injection,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Tongshen Funao Pills.Both groups were continuously treated for 12 weeks.Results One case did not strictly implement the treatment plan,one case withdrew halfway in the observation group,two cases were lost to follow-up,one case voluntarily withdrew and one case adjusted the treatment plan in the control group,all the patients above were excluded.The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.80%,which was significantly higher than 70.21%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vertigo symptom scale-short form(VSS-SF),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)and the levels ofβamyloid precursor protein(β-APP),heart-type fatty-acid binding protein(H-FABP)and microtubule-associated protein Tau(MAPT)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the score of Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and the average blood flow rates of left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongshen Funao Pills combined with vinpocetine in the adjuvant treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can improve vertigo symptoms and arterial blood flow rate,and reduce the level of brain injury markers.
