Abstract:Objective To summarize the research progress on anti-severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)small-molecule compounds.Methods The related literature in the database such as SciFinder,PubMed,CNKI,WanFang,VIP from January 2019 to March 2021 were retrieved with the keywords of "COVID-19" "SARS-CoV-2" "small molecule"(English) and "SARS-CoV-2"(Chinese).Results The anti-SARS-CoV-2 small-molecule compounds were mainly derived from virtual screening of natural products or synthetic compounds,optimization of lead compounds,artificial intelligence de novo design,and new use of old drugs.Conclusion Through the research on the main structure of virus and the main targets in the process of replication and assembly,the utilization of modern techniques for new drug research will accelerate the research and development of anti-SARS-CoV-2 small-molecule agent.
