Clinical Observation of Self-Made Jiedu Shugan Recipe Combined with Indomethacin Suppository in the Treatment of Patients with Postoperative Syndrome After Intervention Therapy for Primary Liver Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiedu Shugan Recipe combined with Indomethacin Suppository in the treatment of patients with postoperative syndrome after intervention therapy for primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with postoperative syndrome after intervention therapy for primary liver cancer admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Indomethacin Suppository,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Jiedu Shugan Recipe.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Results Two cases withdrew from the study,two cases changed the treatment plan and one case was lost to follow-up in the observation group,while one case voluntarily withdrew,two cases were lost to follow-up and one case changed the treatment plan in the control group,and all the patients above were excluded.The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.64%,which was significantly higher than 68.89%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores and the levels of glutamyltransferase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total bilirubin(TBiL)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the level of CD₈⁺in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the change in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(18.18%vs.11.11%,P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Jiedu Shugan Recipe combined with Indomethacin Suppository is effective in the treatment of patients with postoperative syndrome after intervention therapy for primary liver cancer,which can improve the symptoms and immune function of patients and reduce the level of liver function indexes.
