495例女性生殖道支原体感染状况及药敏分析

目的通过对495例女性标本解脲脲原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）的感染情况及其对抗生素的药敏性,以指导临床合理用药。方法采用法国梅里埃公司IST支原体试剂盒进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏检测。结果 495例标本中,阳性标本189例,占38.18%;单一Uu感染115例,占61.4%;单一Mh感染17例,占8.4%;Uu＋Mh混合感染57例,占30.2%。药敏结果,支原体对强力霉素、原始霉素、交沙霉素比较敏感,对氧氟沙星、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素耐药率高。结论女性患者支原体感染Uu感染率最高,临床首选药物应为强力霉素、原始霉素、交沙霉素,以便指导临床选择用药。

Infection status of mycobacterium in 495 female urinary tract and drug sensitivity test

Objective To understand the infection status of Ureaplasma urolyticum（Uu） Mycobacterium hominis（Mh）in female urinary tract and the susceptibility of mycobacterium to antibiotics for guiding rational use of drugs in clinical treatment.Methods The Mycoplasma IST test kit（from French BioMerieux） was used for drug sensitivity test of 495 female specimens.Results Out of the 495 specimens 189 specimens were positive with a positive rate of 38.18% including 115 specimens positive for Uu,occupied 61.40% and 17 were positive for Mh accounting for 8.40%.There were 57 specimens were mixedy infected with Uu and Mh,accounting for 30.20%.It was observed
