桂林市2006～2011年麻疹流行病学监测分析

目的了解健康人群麻疹抗体水平与麻疹发病的关系,为麻疹防控提供科学依据。方法收集2006～2011年麻疹发病流行病学资料,用分层抽样方法随机抽取10个年龄组的健康人群827名,采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测麻疹IgG抗体,分析麻疹发病与健康人群麻疹抗体的关系。结果 8月龄组、〈8月龄组、20岁组发病最多,分别占28.95%、27.19%、14.47%,其对应的健康人群麻疹抗体水平也较低,分别为1：456、1：370、1：339。健康人群麻疹IgG阳性率为72.43%,几何平均滴度为1：500。6岁组和18月龄组抗体阳性率最高,分别达到90.48%、89.47%,GMT较高的是18月龄组和50岁组,分别为1：978和1：811,阳性率和GMT较高的年龄组发病较少。结论麻疹流行情况和健康人群麻疹抗体水平有直接关系,应加强人群血清学监测,特别是育龄妇女的血清学监测,根据监测结果适时开展强化免疫。

Epidemiological monitoring of measles in Guilin City

Objective To analyze the relationship between health people＇s antibody level and prevalence of measles in Guilin and provide basis for measles control and prevention.Methods Epidemiological data were collected from 10 age groups with 827 health people in Guiling from 2006～2011 were chosen with stratified sampling.Antibody level of measles was detected with ELISA.Results The highest incidence was observed in 8 months age group（28.95%）,8M group（27.19%）,20 year group（14.47%）with GMT of 456,1：370 and 1：339,respectively.Positive rate of the healthy people was 72.43% with GMT of 1：500.The highest positive rate in the children aged 6 year and 8M～group were 90.48% and 89.47%,respectively.The highest GMT were 1：978 and 1：811 from 18m～and 50 year age group.Conclusion Serological monitoring be strengthen especially among the women of child-bearing age and timely measles immunization be conducted in the age group between 8 month and six years.
