雌激素受体ERβ与大肠癌的研究进展

大肠癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率及死亡率在我国都呈上升趋势,上世纪80年代有研究证实了外源性雌激素可能参与大肠癌的发生及发展,人们便在这一领域展开了广泛的研究。随着研究的进展,尤其是雌激素受体ERβ在大肠组织中被发现,人们对于大肠癌的发病机制有了一个全新的认识,本文就ERβ与大肠癌的关系及目前的研究进展进行综述。

Progress in research of estrogen receptor beta and colorectal cancer

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor.Its incidence and mortality significantly increase in recent years in China.Studies revealed revealed that exogenous estrogen could play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer in 1980 which has since been attracted attention of many medical expert.With the development of those studies,especially estrogen receptor beta ERβhad been found,people have a new understanding about the incidence mechanism of colorectal cancer.The present review is devoted to the discussion of these recent findings on the value of the expression of ERβin colorectal cancer.
