住院肺结核患者结核分枝杆菌耐药情况分析

目的 分析不同年龄组住院肺结核患者结核分枝杆菌耐药情况。方法分析2010年8月1日-2011年7月31日462例住院肺结核患者结核分枝杆菌对INH、RFP、Sbl和EMB的耐药性试验结果，观察青年组（14-39岁）、中年组（40-59岁）和老年组（≥60岁）对抗结核药物的耐药率和耐多药率。结果青年组、中年组和老年组初治患者耐药率分别为2613％、44．7％、和43．4％，青年组低于中年组和老年组，差异有统计学意义（X^2=7．12，P〈0．01）、（X^2=5．41，P〈0．05）；青年组、中年组和老年组复治患者耐多药率分别为15．6％、57．8％和19．6％，中年组高于青年组和老年组，差异有统计学意义（X^217．40，P〈0．01）、（X^2=20．67，P〈0．01）。结论不同年龄组结核病患者耐药率、耐多药率均有所不同，应引起重视。

Resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to anti-TB drugs in different age group among inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To analyie resistant situation to anti-TB drugs of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in different age group among inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the Shantou Municipal Third People＇s Hospital. Methods The analysis was conducted on drug resistant tests to INH,RFP,SM and EMB of Mycobacterium tuberculosis among 462 inpatients h-om Aug 1,2010 to Jul 31,2011, the drug resistance rate, multi-drug resistance rate of youth groug （14-39 years）, middle age group （40-59 years）and old age group （ ≥160 years）were observed. Results The drug resistance rate of new treatment patients in youth group were significantly lower than those of middle age group （26.3% vs 44.7%,X^2=7.12,P〈0.01 ）and old age group （26.3% vs 43.4%,X^2=5.41,P〈0.05）. The multi-drug resistance rate of re-treatment patients in middle age group were significantly higher than those of youth group （57.8% vs 15.6%,X^2=-17.40,P〈O.O1 ）and old age group （57.8% vs 19.6% ,X^2=-20.67,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The drug resistance rate and multi-drug resistance rate were variant in different age group, the analysis among inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis should be taken seriously.
