广西桂林市2010年男男性行为者艾滋病监测分析

目的 了解桂林市男男性接触者（MSM）艾滋病相关知识、危险行为与艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染状况，为行为干预措施和健康教育提供依据。方法采用一对一的问卷调查400名桂林市的男男性行为者，同时抽血做HIV抗体、梅毒血清学和丙肝病毒检测。结果调查对象平均年龄30-8岁，未婚者占57．5％，高中以上学历的占53．25％，艾滋病知识知晓率为66．0％。最近6个月有71．75％人与同性发生过肛交性行为，但每次使用安全套的率仅为11．75％，有16人与同性发生过商业性行为，有110人与女性发生过性行为。HIV感染率为3．50％（14／400），梅毒感染率为4．00％（16／400），丙肝感染率为0．50％（2／400）。结论男男性行为者是HIV感染的高危险人群，但是发生性行为时使用安全套的比例不高，应采取有针对性的干预措施，遏制艾滋病在该人群中的流行。

Monitoring of HIV/AIDS among MSM in Guilin City,Ghuangxi in 2010

Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude,the risk behavior,the HIV infection among men who have sex with men （MSM）in Guilin and provide the basis for the behavior intervention and health education. Methods Anonymous questionnaires were distributed among 400 MSM in Guilin, and their serologic specimens were gathered to detect the antibodies to HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C virus. Results The average age of 400 MSM was 30.8 years old, 57.5% of them were single, 53.25% of them had education background of senior high school or above. The awareness rate of HIV was 66.0%. 71.75% had anal intereourses in the past 6 months and only 11.75% of them using condoms. 16 MSMs had commercial sex behavior with male sex partners,and 110 MSMs had sex behavior with female sex partners. The infection rates of HIV,syphilis,HCV were 3.5% ,4.0% ,and 0.50% ,respectively. Conclusion MSM is highly vulnerable to HIV transmission, but the rate of using condom was rather low, so it is urgent to provide MSM with HIV related health education and preventive interventions.
