生脉注射液联用酚妥拉明治疗肺心病心力衰竭疗效观察

目的 观察生脉注射液联用酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺源性心脏病难治性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法选择慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者58例，随机分为两组，治疗组28例，对照组30例。两组均给予休息，低盐低脂饮食，间断低流量吸氧，抗感染、解痉平喘、强心、利尿、扩血管等常规抗心力衰竭治疗，治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液（60ml／d）及酚妥拉明（20mg／d），7d为一个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果根据患者咳、喘症状、肺部哕音、心功能改善等指标分级，治疗组显效17例，有效9例，无效2例。总有效率为92．85％，对照组显效11例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率为73．33％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=5．71，P〈O．05）。结论生脉注射液联用酚妥拉明对肺心病难治性心力衰竭有效，且无明显副作用，值得推广应用。

Therapeutic effect of Shengmai injection combined with phentolamine on refractory chronic cor pulmonale heart failure patients

To observe the effect of shenmai injection on patients with chronic cot pulmonale heart failure. Methods The 58 patients with chronic cot pulmonale heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group （28 cases）and control group （30 patients）. Both groups were treated with low-salt diet, anti-infection, improvement of lung ventilation, strong heart diuresis. Patients in the treatment group were given 60ml shengmai injection once daily for a course of two weeks besides conventional treatment. The effect in both groups wer observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.85%, and that in the control group was 73.33%, showing significantly statistical differnece between the two groups （X2=9.23,P〈O.05）; The cardiac function improvement rate in the treatment group was 89.29% and 73.21% in control group,also showing significant difference（x2=5.71,P〈O. 05）. Conclusions Shengmai injection in combination with phentolamine is markedly effective in treatment of patients with refractory chronic cor pulmonale.
