老年2型糖尿病合并脑卒中危险因素分析

目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者合并脑卒中的危险因素。方法将88例老年2型糖尿病患者分为两组：合并脑卒中组42例（卒中组）和不伴脑卒中组46例（对照组）,测定两组患者的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-c）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-c）、载脂蛋白A（ApoA）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）和血压,进行Logistic多元回归分析,筛选脑卒中的危险因素。结果糖尿病病程、舒张压、HbA1c、TC是脑卒中的独立危险因素,ApoA是脑卒中的保护因素。结论积极控制好血糖、血压、调节血脂,可以有效降低脑卒中的发生率。

Risk factors associated with cerebral stroke in seniole type 2 daibetes militus patients

Objective To investigate the risk factors assocaited with cerebral stroke in senile type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Eighty-eight senile type 2 diabetic patients were divided into stroke group consisted of 42 type 2 diabetic cases complicated with cerebral stroke groupand control group consisted of 46 cases those without complicated with cerebral stroke.The levels of fasting blood glucose（FPG）,postprandial blood glucose（2hPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglycerides（TG）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-c）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-c）,apolipoprotein A（Apo A）,apolipoprotein B（Apo B）and blood pressure were measured.Logistic multiple stepwise regression was employed to evaluate the risk factors associated with the of stroke in type 2 diabetic patients.Results In the stroke group,disease duration,the levels of diastolic pressure,HbA1c and TC were independent risk factors associated with cerebral stroke.The apolipoprotein A was the protective factor from developing cerebral stroke in type 2 diabetic patietns.Conclusion Decreasing incidence rate of stroke and improving quality of life of patients with elder type 2 diabetes mellitus are associated with the control of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fat.
