惠州市市售食品使用食品添加剂调查

摘    要:目的了解惠州市市售食品使用食品添加剂情况。方法 2011年在惠州市惠城区、仲恺区、大亚湾区采集10个市售食品种类,共计300份样品进行检测和评价。结果 300份样品总合格率为84.0%,部分样品分别在二氧化硫、苯甲酸、山梨酸、环己基氨基磺酸钠、糖精钠、色素等检测项目中有超标现象。结论应进一步加强市售食品的监督和检查,更好地维护广大消费者的权益。

Abstract:Objective To survey use of additives in foods sold on markets in Huizhou.Methods Three hundred food samples of ten categories were collected from three districts in Huizhou City and surveying the use of food additives.Results The qualification rate of food samples in use of additives was 84.0%.The additives of sulfur dioxide,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,sodium cyclamate,saccharin sodium,pigment,etc.failed to meet the criteria.Conclusion Monitoring and use of food additives be strengthened for the benefit of the comsumers in this city.
