人芽囊原虫感染小鼠血清中IL-17水平的动态观察

摘    要:目的 观察小鼠感染人芽囊原虫后血清中白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平的动态变化,从细胞因子的角度来探讨IL-17在人芽囊原虫感染中的意义。方法BABL/C小鼠120只随机分为实验组、免疫抑制剂组、对照组,每组各40只,三组小鼠分别于感染后第2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d、8d、10d、12d、14d各取4只,采用ELISA试剂盒检测小鼠血清中IL-17水平。结果免疫抑制剂组和对照组小鼠血清中IL-17的含量在不同感染时期基本处于稳定水平(P〉0.05),而感染后不同时期的实验组小鼠血清IL-17水平出现升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其中第4d、5d、6d的表达分别高于免疫抑制剂组和对照组(P〈0.05),且第5d达到高峰。结论提示了IL-17可能在人芽囊原虫早期感染中发挥了重要作用。

Variation of level of serum IL-17 in mice infected with Blastocystis hominis

Abstract:Objective To observe the dynamic changes of IL-17 in mice infected with Blastocystis hominis. Methods 120BABIEC mice were randomly divided into experimental groups, immunosuppressant group and normal group. Four BABL/C mice from each group were randomly sacrificed on the day 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12 and 14 after infection,respectively. ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of IL-17 of these mice. Results The level of serum IL-17 of immunosuppressant group and normal group maintained relatively stable throughout the experiment (/:'〉0.05). The level of serum IL-17 of experiment group began to rise apparently after infection (P〈0.05) at different stages of experiment. The level of serum IL-17 of experiment group showed a great increase on day 4, day 5 and day 6(P〈0.05),and the IL-17 concentration in the serum of mice rose to a peak on the day 5. Conclusion The level of serum IL-17 in mice increased afer being infected with Blastocystis hominis ,and reached a peak on the day 5, then decreased. IL-17 may play an important role in the early infection of mice with Blastocystis hominis.
