海南省脊髓灰质炎野病毒输入和传播风险评估

目的评估海南省脊灰野病毒输入和传播的风险,科学指导制定预防控制策略,防范和应对脊灰野病毒输入疫情。方法对全省适龄儿童脊灰疫苗接种率、疑似病例（AFP）、脊灰抗体水平及流动人员等监测资料的综合分析,评估海南省脊灰野病毒输入与传播的风险。结果海南省适龄儿童建卡率、建证率均达到98.00%以上,三个地区（18个市县）脊灰疫苗报告接种率和调查接种率均达到了99.00%以上,适龄儿童脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型IgG抗体阳性率均达到98.00%以上,AFP病例报告发病率等7项监测指标均达到国家要求。结论海南省存在脊灰野病毒输入的风险,但输入脊灰野病毒在海南省扩散传播的风险较低,需要重点防范脊灰野病毒输入后在免疫状态薄弱的流动儿童当中引发二代个案病例。

Risk evaluation of input and transmission of Poliovirus in Hainan Province

Objective To estimate the risk of input and transmission of Poliovirus in Hainan Province and to provide guidance for preventive strategy.Methods To estimate the risk by means of analyzing the comprehensive data of polio vaccination rate,monitoring of AFP,and populations＇ antibody levels which were specific to vaccines for infectious diseases.Results Rates of immunization cards and immunization certificate were both above 98%.The reported and surveyed polio vaccination rate of 3 areas were all above 95%.The positive rates of polio vaccination and measles vaccination were both above 95%.Seven indexes of AFP case surveillance achieved the national requirements.Conclusion There was high risk of input Poliovirus in Hainan Province,but the low risk of transmission of wild poliovirus in Hainan,It was essential to prevent susceptible children who had poor immunization from input Poliovirus.
