参麦注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆疗效观察

目的观察参麦注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2011年6月在我院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者120例,随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。对照组予以依那普利和美托洛尔等药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以参麦注射液治疗。观察两组的疗效,左室舒张末内径（LVEDd）,左心室射血分数（LVEF）,N-端脑利钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）和高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的变化。结果：观察组的总有效率为93.33%,而对照组的总有效率为78.33%,观察组有疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的LVEDd,NT-proBNP和hs-CRP较治疗前出现明显的降低（P〈0.01）,而观察组较对照组降低更为明显（P〈0.01）;而LVEF两组治疗后均较治疗前出现明显的升高（P〈0.01）,观察组的增高水平较对照组升高更为明显（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液可明显提高心力衰竭患者疗效,改善心功能,能降低NT-proBNP和hs-CRP的水平,值得推广。

Effect of shenmai injection on plasma brain natriuretic peptide and high-sensitive C-reactive protein for chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of shenmai injection in patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on plasma brain natriuretic peptide and high-sensitive C-reactive protein.Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011,were randomly divided into observation group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）.Patients in control group were treated with enalapril,metoprolol and other drug;on the basis of control group,shenmai injection were given in observation group.The effect,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDd）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）were observed.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in observation group,however,78.33% in control group,the effect in observation group was better compared with the control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the LVEDd,NT-proBNP and hs-CRP was significantly lower than those before treatment（P0.01）,however,the levels of them in observation group decreased more significantly than those in control group（P0.01）;in addition,the levels of LVEF after treatment increased apparently than those before treatment（P0.01）,the level of them in observation group increased more significantly compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai injection can significantly improve the efficacy in patients with heart failure and improve the cardiac function,reduce the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP,it is worth promoting.
