| 摘 要： | 通过对“高致病性禽流感及人流感大流行防控能力建设项目”项目县——海城市、休宁县的应对流感大流行多部门合作机制的调查研究，总结现行政策的经验与不足，为制定适合我国国情的县级多部门应对流感大流行的合作机制，提高我国基层流感大流行防控能力提供政策建议。

| Abstract: | To study on the present policy and multi-sectional cooperation on the preparation for influenza pandemic at Project Counties of＂Building up prevention and controlling ability of Chinese high pathogen city Avian Influenza and flu prevalence＂ in Haicheng and Xiuning. To sum up the successful experiences and deficiency from the implementation of policy, formulate the cooperation mechanism of multi-sector at County Level and offer the suggestions on policies in the context of the actual work needs in strengthen the prevention and controlling ability of Chinese influenza pandemic at grassroots level. |
