心理行为干预与克罗米芬合并治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的对照研究

目的探讨心理行为干预治疗对排卵功能障碍性不孕的治疗作用。方法将排卵功能障碍性不孕患者随机分为A组(心理行为干预)29例、B组(单纯药物组)27例。2组均使用克罗米芬治疗,A组增加综合心理行为干预辅助治疗。治疗3个月经周期后,进行2组临床疗效、心理健康状况、家庭关怀度指数评分的比较。结果临床疗效,A组治愈23例,有效4,无效2例,B组治愈15例,有效4,无效8例,A组优于B组(u=2.0892,P<0.05);心理健康状况,治疗后A组与B组比较,强迫(1.52±0.39)分,(1.75±0.31)分,t=2.4312,P<0.05]、抑郁(1.65±0.61)分,(1.97±0.51)分,t=2.1213,P<0.05]、焦虑(1.69±0.42)分,(1.92±0.36)分,t=2.1925,P<0.05],A组优于B组;家庭关怀度,治疗后A组与B组比较,APGAR总分(9.38±1.52)分,(7.67±1.53)分,t=4.1934,P<0.01],合作度(1.23±0.24)分,(1.09±0.27)分,t=2.0539,P<0.05],成长度(1.39±0.32)分,(1.19±0.21)分,t=2.7431,P<0.01]情感度(1.29±0.26)分,(1.13±0.27)分,t=2.2588,P<0.05],亲密度(1.36±0.21)分,(1.19±0.26)分,t=2.6430,P<0.01],A组显著优于B组。结论心理行为干预治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕具有显著疗效,同时能显著改善患者的家庭支持功能和心理健康状况。

Control study of psychobehavioral intervention combined with clomiphene on dysfunction ovulatory acyesis

Objective To observe the effect of psychobehavioral intervention on dysfunction ovulatory acyesis(DOA).Methods56 effective DOA cases were randomly divided into A group treated by clomiphene combined with psychobehavioral intervention(n=29) and B group only treated by clomiphene(n=27).The curative effect were examined after treatment 3 menstrual cycle.SCL-90 and APGAR were used to test the mental health and family care.ResultsIn clinical effect,23 patients were recover,4 patients were obvious-effective in A group,but 15 case were recover,4 case were obvious-effective in B group(P<0.05).In mental health,there was significant difference in obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety score of SCL-90 between the two groups(P<0.05).In family care,the total score,partnership score,growth score,affection score,resolve score of APGAR in A group were significnantly higher than those in B group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionThe effect of psychobehavioral intervention on DOA was obvious,and it can improve the patient's family care and mental health.
