摘    要:目的 探讨左氧氟沙星与奈替米星联合应用的抗生素后效应(PAE).方法 采用微量稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),采用棋盘设计、菌落计数法测定其PAE.结果 奈替米星与左氧氟沙星对大肠杆菌的PAE最长,金黄色葡萄球菌次之,铜绿假单孢菌最小,两者合用后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌PAE表现出明显的协同作用,对铜绿假单孢菌表现出协同或相加作用,单用与合用后PAE均呈浓度依赖性.结论 两者联用可明显延长其PAE,联合应用优于单独使用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the post antibiotic effect of levofloxacin coadministrated with netilmycin. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration was determined by microdilution method and post antibiotic effect was measured with colony count method. Results Netilmycin and levofloxacin had stronger post antibiotic effects on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus coli than monosporangium aerugo. Synergistic effect was found on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus coli after netilmycin coadministrated with levofloxacin, while synergistic effect or addition effect was observed on monosporangium aerugo. And the effects were closely related to the drug concentration after single administration or coadministration of netilmycin and levofloxacin. Conclusion Netil- mycin coadministrated with levofloxacin could enhance the post antibiotic effect and the clinical effect after coadministration should be superior to that of single administration.
