呼吸操对开胸术后呼吸功能的影响

目的观察呼吸操训练对食管癌及肺癌术后呼吸系统并发症发生率的影响。方法将病例分为对照组和实验组。对照组术前按胸外科一般护理常规准备。实验组除按常规准备外，术前1～5d对患者进行呼吸操的强化训练。比较训练前后动脉血气和肺功能的变化；比较2组患者术后恢复情况。结果实验组患者在训练后，其动脉血氧分压（Pa02）、最大通气量（MVV）和第一秒用力呼气量（FEV，）均有提高。对实验组和对照组进行比较，前者肺部并发症的例数明显降低。结论开胸手术前对患者进行呼吸运动训练，能减少术后呼吸系统并发症的发生，促进患者康复。

The effect of respiratory exercises upon respiratory function in post--tnoracotomy

Objective To observe the effect of respiratory exercises upon the incidence of postoperative respiratory system complication of patients in esophageal carcinoma or lung cancer. Methods The case was divided into control group and experiment group. The control group received routine nursing of chest surgery, the experiment group received respiratory exercises besides routine nursing in preoperative 1- 5 day. Arterial blood gas and pulmonary function was compared before and after exercises. Postoperative recovery was compared between groups. Results PaO2 .MVV and FEV1 of the experiment group were elevated after exercises. The incidence of lung complication of the experiment group decreased obviously compared with control group. Conclusions Respiratory exercises can reduce the incidence of postoperative respiratory system complication and promote rehabilitation of patients.
