| 摘 要： | 阐述了药品消费中的道德风险问题的表现形式，从经济学角度分析和研究它的成因。提出了产生药品消费道德风险的主要原因及其控制措施，从而有效控制药品费用的不合理增长。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we described the representations and reasons of moral hazard in medicine consuming, and analyzes and researches its causes of formation. We proposed the main causes of moral hazard in medicine consuming, and a series of polices and measures to control it, in order to control the illogicality rise of drug expenditure. |
