摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定种子三达丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱采用Kromasil-C18(5um,4.6mm×250mm);流动相为甲醇-水(30:70);检测波长为230nm;流速为1.0mL/min。结果芍药苷在0.11~2.14ug范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为98.2%(RSD=1.72%,n=6)。结论本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Peoniflorin in Zhongzi Sanda Pill. Method Kromasil-C18 column (5 um, 4.6 mm× 250 mm) was used. Mobile phase was methanol-water (30 : 70). The detective wavelength was at 230 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship between the injection amount 0.11×2.14ug and a good peak form for Peoniflorin in Zhongzi Sanda Pill The average recovery rate was 98.2% (RSD= 1.72%, n =6). Conclusion This method is convenient, effective and accurate for the quality control of Peoniflorin in Zhongzi Sanda Pill.
