| 摘 要： | 目的 评价铜绿假单胞茵对头孢吡肟和其它药物的耐药性。方法 应用SCEPTOR系统和纸片法进行药敏测定。结果 50株铜绿假单胞茵的耐药率较高，对13种试验药物，耐药率40％以上有8种，头孢西丁等3种达100％，最低是亚胺培南为14％，平均为58．8％。结论 铜绿假单胞茵的耐药率较高，故主张联合用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to cepfepime and other antibiot- ics . Methods SCEPTOR system and disk diffusion (K-B methods) were employed to determine the susceptibili- ty of pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics. Results It showed that the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to 13 antibiotics tested was high, the resistance rate to 8 antibiotics was over 40% and the resistance rate to cefoxition and other 2 antibiotics was as high as 100% ,with an average resistance rate of 58.8% (14%-100%). Conclu- sion The resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics was relatively high and combined use of antibiotics was advocated. |
