| Abstract: | The effect of several immunomodulating agents on the RBC immunoadhesive function in the mice with radiation injury has been investigated. The results indicated that ionized radiatio could obviously suppress RBC immunoadhesive function. After treatment with several immunomodulating agents,the RBC immunoadhesive function in the irradiated mice were improved.Among them, transfer factor(TF) and thymus peptide could increase the CR1 activity of RBC and it's carrying capacity for immune complex(IC),and the differences were highly significant(P<0.01)when compared with the NS group. Polyactine oral liquid and mushroom polysac charide also had some effects on RBC immunoadhesive function. This study provided sciedtific basis of using immunomodulating agents for the treatment of radiogenic immunodeficiency. |
