纤维支气管镜在急救工作中的应用

目的探讨纤维支气管镜技术在危重病急救工作中的应用及作用价值。方法收集我院急诊科于2005年3月～2009年8月期间应用纤维支气管镜进行抢救的149例患者病历并对其进行回顾性分析。结果纤维支气管镜成功引导经鼻气管插管98例;64例昏迷或无力咳嗽患者在出现痰液堵塞支气管时进行纤支镜下吸痰,对23例并发肺不张患者及2例重度烧伤患者行支气管肺泡灌洗,4例小儿患者使用纤支镜取出支气管异物,术后患者血氧饱和度均明显升高,呼吸困难减轻;使用纤支镜成功抢救34例大咯血患者。结论纤维支气管镜技术在危重病急救工作中具有举足轻重的地位,是必备的急救技术,在急诊科的推广应用可明显提高急救成功率。

Application of Fiberoptics Bronchoscope in Emergency

Objective To evaluate the effect of fiberoptics bronchoscope in emergency.Methods Clinical data of 149 cases in our emergency department using fiberoptics bronchoscope for emergency were analyzed retrospectively.Results Introductory intubation with fiberbronchoscope through the nose was adopted in 98 cases.Fiberbronchoscope to absorb sputum was adopted in 64 cases when bronchus was blocked.Bronchial foreign bodies were taken out by fiberbronchoscope.Fiberbronchoscope was used to rescue 34 patients with massive hemoptysis.All cases were successful.Conclusions The technique of fiberbronchoscope is effective and necessary,which popularization and application in the emergency department can significantly increase the success rate of first aid.
