摘    要:目的研究血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)患者的异位和在位内膜中的表达。方法用免疫组化SP法分别检测45例EM患者(研究组)的异位和在位内膜及32例子宫肌瘤(对照组)的增殖期和分泌期内膜中VEGF的表达强度。结果在整个月经周期中,研究组异位和在位内膜中VEGF表达均持续高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论VEGF在EM患者异位和在位内膜中的持续过度表达可能与EM的发生发展有关。在位内膜VEGF高表达可望成为诊断EM的新方法。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis.Method:Using immunohistochemistry SP method,the expression intensity of VEGF was examined in proliferative phase and secretive phase of ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium (45 cases),compared with endometrium from hysteromyoma patients(32 cases).Result:The expression rate of VEGF was persistently higher in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The persistently exaggerated expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in patients with EM may be related to the pathogenesis of EM.The expression of high VEGF in eutopic endometrium is expected to become one of the new diagnosis methods of EM.
