| 摘 要： | 目的研究建立健全有利于检验检测工作科学发展的管理新机制,综合考核评价各部门工作质量和效率。方法采取定性与定量相结合、自评与互评相结合、日常检查与年终考评相结合的方式,依据量化指标对部门进行综合考核评价。结果得出部门自评和述职述廉测评,以及领导小组考评的权重得分。结论为进一步强化综合管理和精神文明建设,促进检验检测工作科学发展,提供了有效的方法和依据。
