| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病患者颈总动脉的超声改变与冠状动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法：对38例确诊冠心病患者和25例正常人的颈总动脉作彩超检查，并将两组检查结果进行对比分析。结果：冠心病组颈总动脉内中膜厚度较对照组明显增加、血管壁增厚、管腔狭窄。结论：CDFI对颈总动脉病变检查准确、可靠；颈总动脉内中膜厚度明显增加、血管壁增厚。管腔狭窄时，预示着冠状动脉有发生样硬化的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the ultrasonography change of common carotic artery(CCA) atherosclerosis and relationship between CCA atherosclerosis and coronary artery atherosclerosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Color Doppler imaging of CCA were made in 38 cases with coronary heart disease and 25 normals, and the results were analysed and compared.Results In this search, we found that the CCA, s change of ultrasonography was displayed in the cases with coronary heart disease: evident increase in IMT?stenosis of vessel.Conclusions CDFI is safe and efficient in evaluation the atherosclerosis of CCA.Coronary artery atherosclerosis should be significantly suspected in the cases with typical ultrasonography change of CCA. |
