火绒草抑菌作用试验研究

采用“管碟法”用８种细菌对火绒草水提物、水提醇沉物、水提物３个分离组合、水提醇沉物３个分离组分进行了体外抑菌试验。结果表明：８种提取物对金色葡萄球菌８１４８４有较好的抑菌作用其中水提物，水提物第１分离组分和水提醇沉物等２分离组分的抑菌环直径均在２０ｍｍ以上，而对鸡白痢沙门氏菌、沙门氏菌、溶血性大肠杆菌、大肠杆菌、猪丹毒杆菌、禽巴氏杆菌、绿脓杆菌１０１０４等７种细菌抑菌作用较差或无抑菌作用。提示火绒

Study on the Bacteriostasis in Vitro of Leontopodium Leontopodiodes Extractives

The agar-diffusion method was adopted to study the bacteriostasis in vitro of the 8 kinds of leontopodioides extractives. The 8 kinds of extractives are the solution of water-extraction and alcohol precipitation, the water-extract solution and its 3 separated parts. The experimental results indicated that the 8 kinds of extractives inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus stronger than that of Salmonella pullorum, Salmonella bacteria, Escherichia coli. Haemolytica, Escherichia coli. Erysipelothrix rhuriopathiae, Pasteurella multocida poultry and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Most important of all, the bacteria-inhibiting ring diameter of the 3 of 8 extractives exceeded 20 mm. In conclusion, the bacteriostasis of leontopodioides is very strong, Suggesting that extractives of Leontopodioies have quite good bacteriostasis for gram's stain positive coccus.
