| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑出血后血肿周围细胞凋亡的规律以及抑肽酶的干预作用。方法采用未抗凝新鲜自体股动脉血注入大鼠尾状核建立脑出血动物模型。将75只大鼠随机分成对照组、脑出血组、抑肽酶组，各实验组分6h、1d、3d、5d及7d5个时间点。分别采用TUNEL染色法观察血肿周围细胞凋亡的发生。结果脑出血后72h血肿周围组织可见大量凋亡细胞，抑肽酶干预可使凋亡细胞的数量明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论提示抑肽酶可以减轻脑出后血肿周围脑组织细胞凋亡。
