| 摘 要： | 中医的医学传统文化迥异于西医行医理念,中医医疗事故鉴定制度应有不同的制度配伍,中医医疗事故纠纷应当由中医专家进行鉴定,确立由中华中医药学会组织鉴定的鉴定组成机制,坚决摒弃西医准则的介入;建立中医鉴定专家推举制;与推举制相结合,中医鉴定专家宜采取严格的鉴定具名制度,建立独立的中医医疗事故鉴定机制。
